Investors were aggravated with the management due to scandals that were occuring within the company. A new chairman of the board along with four other board members were brought in and a new CEO was hired.
Ted Pollak, founder and president of EE Fund Management, a company specializing in video game investing, stated that the heart of Take Two is it's software developers, not management.

Cisco Acquires WebEx
In a March 15, 2007 article in Dow Jones, the reporter discusses the recent acquisition of WebEx by Cisco. Some believe the purchase price was a bit high but Murray Beach, President of Boston Corporate Finance, believes that due to the business subscription side of WebEx, the price was right in line.
